September Starts Away From Home
Auburn opens on neutral ground:
- Baylor in the Aflac Kickoff Game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium
- Then three straight at Jordan-Hare (Southern Miss, Florida, Vanderbilt)
The Florida game under the lights is the early measuring stick. Get through September with momentum and the rest of the Auburn Football Schedule becomes more manageable.
October Is the Real Test
This is the stretch that will define the season:
- At Tennessee
- Bye week
- At Georgia
- LSU at home
- At Ole Miss
Three tough opponents inside four weeks. The Georgia road trip and the Ole Miss visit are especially unforgiving. LSU in between gives Auburn Tigers football one home date to catch its breath.
November Builds to One Game
The final stretch includes:
- Arkansas at home
- At Mississippi State
- Samford at home
- Alabama in Tuscaloosa to close the regular season
Everything still points to the Iron Bowl. No matter what happens in October, Auburn football will be measured by what it does against Alabama on November 28.
