How the Field Gets Set
Ten U.S. teams reach Williamsport by winning their regional tournament — Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Mountain, New England, Northwest, Southeast, Southwest, and West. Ten more come from international regions. Twenty teams, 38 games, one complex in South Williamsport that’s hosted this tournament since 1959.
